Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leading silicone manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing operations in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: $18.50/hour

Shift: 2nd shift, 2pm-10pm

What's the Job?

• Operate binding machines in a manufacturing setting to ensure efficient production
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a climate-controlled facility
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards during all manufacturing processes
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine issues to minimize downtime
• Support team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a consistent work ethic
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with potential overtime
