Maintenance Superintendent Jobs in Utah
A Maintenance Superintendent in the manufacturing industry oversees the maintenance department and ensures that all machines, systems, and facilities are in good working condition. Their duties include scheduling and planning preventative maintenance, inspecting equipment, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They also manage and supervise maintenance staff, train new employees, and work closely with other department heads to ensure production schedules are met.
