Division Manager Jobs
A Division Manager in the manufacturing industry is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of a specific division within the organization. They monitor the production process, set production goals, establish policies and procedures, and ensure these are followed. Moreover, they are responsible for budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining a high level of quality in all products. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field is typically required, and a Master's degree or professional certification like Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) can be beneficial.
