Job Summary: 

We are seeking a Director of Environmental Services (EVS) to lead housekeeping operations in a Senior Living environment. This role oversees daily operations, staff leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure a clean, safe, and high-quality experience for residents and staff. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage EVS / housekeeping operations 
• Oversee department budgets, financials, and cost control 
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and workflow standards 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards 
• Supervise and develop Assistant Directors and EVS staff 
• Coordinate with administration and other departments 
• Drive resident satisfaction and service quality 
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• 3+ years of healthcare or senior living housekeeping leadership 
• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis 
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills 
• Ability to manage fast-paced, deadline-driven environments 

Preferred: 

• Experience in senior living or healthcare support services 
• Strong business and operational acumen 

Salary:

• $68,000 - $70,000 annually
