Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team in a dynamic machine shop environment. This role requires expertise in operating press brakes and the ability to work with various fabrication machinery. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brakes with a 200-ton capacity and a 14 ft bed, as well as a 140-ton press brake with a 12 ft bed.

• Read and interpret metric drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

• Operate additional fabrication machinery such as CNC turret punches and laser operators when required.

• Contribute to the sheet metal fabrication process with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain a responsible approach to work and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills across the plant.

Essential Skills

• 5+ years of experience operating press brakes.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with other fabrication machinery, such as CNC turret punches or laser operators, is a plus.

• Experience in technical markets like automotive or metal forming sectors is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Clayton, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr.
