A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance

- Required experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and conveyor systems

- Electrical experience should include 240/480V+, AC/DC drives, and single/three-phase wiring practices; PLC experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Ability to work well with others and demonstrate practical oral and written communication skills

- Capability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 lbs.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and possess good manual dexterity
