Shop Technician / Manufacturing Worker - Full Time

Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
No experience required. All training is provided.
Benefits offered after completion of probational period.

We are a small manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team. We manufacture diamond saw blades and concrete coring bits, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to learn.

Job Duties:
Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of saw blades and concrete coring bits
Operate shop equipment and tools after training
Follow production procedures and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Help with general shop tasks as needed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 50lbs)
Takes pride in producing quality work

Preferred (But Not Required):
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, automotive, welding, fabrication, or other blue-collar work experience
