Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, and overall functionality of our facilities. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple buildings.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of 160 CNC machine shop facilities.
Experience on machine shop environment
Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services
Manage facility-related projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations)

Qualifications

37+ years of facilities management experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical)
Experience managing vendors and contractors
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Preferred Experience

Experience in CNC/machining or fabrication environments

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $110K - $130K (depending on experience)
