Pay
Salaried Grade 6
$68,860- $77,770 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Plus 8 % shift premium for 3rd shift
Actual salaries may vary and in some cases may be higher with extensive experience and strong performance.
Schedule
3rd Shift (Sunday Thursday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM)
Onsite; additional days and times as needed

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team to provide direct supervision in the manufacturing environment, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Maintaining product and process quality
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation
- Managing productivity

Required Qualifications

- Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Good written, verbal and human relations skills
- Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated high degree of initiative and motivation
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Self-confidence and perseverance
- Ability and willingness to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related area of study
- Working knowledge of Workday, MAXIMO, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean Manufacturing experience
