CNC Operator

Summary: Operates machinery in a safe and effective manner by performing the following duties.

Aerospace Milling

$20 - $23/hr.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Performs inspection of product in accordance with company quality standards.*
2. Performs machine maintenance and repairs as required.*
3. Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production needs.*
4. Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.*
5. Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.*
6. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.*
7. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.*
8. Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.*
9. Wears protective equipment.*
10. Documents daily activities.*
11. Performs quality inspection on products in process in accordance with established procedures and reports any discrepancies to supervisor/management.*
12. Runs secondary operations on another machine as time allows.*
13. Signs off completed operations on job traveler.*
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.*
