Shift of the CNC Machinist: 2nd Shift: 3:20 PM - 12:10 AM, Monday - Friday Pay Rate/Salary of the CNC Machinist: $21.83/hr + 10% shift differential Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist: Ensure correct machine operation by changing inserts, tool holders, and skimming jaws. Conduct random inspections of parts to ensure conformity to specifications, including visual inspections using a microscope. Deburr and clean parts to maintain quality standards. Accurately complete all quality control documentation and inspection sheets. Resolve and communicate problems/issues to the supervisor. Qualifications of the CNC Machinist: High School or Trade School diploma required. 1+ years of CNC machine operator experience. Ability to monitor tool wear and make dimensional adjustments (offsets). Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
