Assemblers

Key Responsibilities

Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment

Follow written instructions, diagrams, and blueprints accurately

Inspect finished products for quality and report defects or issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

Qualifications

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not always required)

Ability to read and follow instructions and basic diagrams

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Basic math and measurement skills

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 2550 lbs (depending on product)

Standing, bending, and repetitive motion throughout shift

Work Environment

Manufacturing or warehouse setting

May involve noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
