Process Operator- 1st Shift

Our client is looking for a Process Operator, a key player in a company dedicated to supporting advanced military, aerospace, land vehicles, and space exploration systems. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for assembling flat plate array antennas according to detailed drawings and process sheets, applying braze paste with precision, and preparing components for the aluminum dip braze process. Youll perform work instructions for product assembly, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and document your work accurately in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role offers hands-on technical experience with equipment setup, component handling, and ensuring compliance with strict quality control standards in the aerospace manufacturing industry.

Work Schedule:
MondayFriday, 6:30 AM3:30 PM, with a flexible 9/80 schedule offering every other Friday off.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or aerospace assembly, specifically with antenna or electronic component assembly
  • Strong understanding of reading and interpreting detailed drawings, specifications, and process sheets
  • Experience with braze processes, including applying braze paste and preparing components for aluminum dip braze
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and documentation practices in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to operate and set up manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with technical staff and maintain a safe work environment
