Fusion Industrial Group is actively seeking qualified candidates for multiple Shop Floor positions. We are looking for individuals who are eager to contribute, grow, and be part of a dynamic team environment. Pay Range is $18 - $30 commensurate upon position and experience level.

Waterjet Operator: In this role, you are responsible for the setup and operation of waterjet cutting machinery to produce high-quality aerospace parts. This includes interpreting technical drawings, maintaining equipment, monitoring cutting processes, and ensuring all work meets required specifications and safety standards. OMAX and Flow experience a plus.

CNC Machinist: In this role, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce aerospace parts that meet exact specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Press Brake Operator: In this role, you are responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape aerospace metal components according to precise specifications. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, perform accurate measurements utilizing GD&T, and ensure high-quality production. Cincinnati press brake experience a plus.

CNC Router Operator: In this role, you are responsible for setting up and operating router machines to cut, shape, and finish aerospace sheet metal and machined part in a variety of materials. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
