Pay Rate: 30-35/hour

Location: Saint Louis MO 63123

Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm

Job Description

This company is seeking skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Machinists/Programmer to join our team in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in machine setup and operation, possess strong technical skills, and adhere to rigorous quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills according to blueprint specificationsSelect and align holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, and materialsMachine parts with precision to meet blueprint and engineering requirementsPerform quality assurance checks using measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipersMake necessary machine adjustments and modify program speeds as neededCollaborate with the team to meet production schedules and deadlinesMaintain a safe and organized work environment, following all company safety regulationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and part quality

Qualifications
