Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on assembly and soldering of aerospace components according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Work with small parts, hand tools, and precision components in a controlled production setting.
- Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, workmanship, and compliance with production requirements.
- Follow established safety, quality, and documentation procedures in an ITAR-regulated facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle components carefully to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supervisory teams to meet daily output and quality goals.

- Annual salary range: $47,840 to $58,240.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform assembly of aerospace components using small parts and hand tools.

- 1 to 2 years of relevant assembly, soldering, manufacturing, or hands-on production experience.
- Ability to work with small components and use hand tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive precision tasks.
- Must be eligible to work in compliance with ITAR requirements.
- Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and quality documentation.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Solder certification is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous aerospace, electronics, electromechanical assembly, or precision manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with controlled manufacturing environments or quality-sensitive production work.
- Experience reading basic work instructions, assembly drawings, or production travelers.
