Now Hiring: Conversion Machine Operators

We are a leading manufacturer of vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials and are looking for skilled Conversion Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role for dependable operators who take pride in quality, safety, and precision in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor conversion machinery
Follow work orders, setup guides, and production specifications
Use computer systems/ERP to review work orders and verify product details
Inspect finished products to ensure quality and production standards are met
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Requirements:
Prior experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment
Converting, rewinding, film/paper, bottling, or food manufacturing, or use of power tools.
Ability to read and follow technical instructions, recipes, or setup documentation
Basic computer or ERP system experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand and perform physical work for the duration of the shift
