Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
$30hr to $42hr depending on experience.

Busy manufacturer of bulk material handling and food processing equipment is looking for a CNC Programmer / Manual Machinist to join their team in Pacoima. Must have Mastercam programming experience.

Summary: This position is ideal for a hands-on machining professional with strong CNC programming capabilities, manual machining experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Program CNC machines using Mastercam software.
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
Manufacture precision components for industrial and food processing equipment.
Select proper tooling, feeds, and speeds for machining operations.
Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot machining issues as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:
Experience programming CNC machines with Mastercam required.
Hands-on experience operating manual machining equipment.
Strong knowledge of machining practices, tooling, and metal fabrication.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with precision measuring instruments and quality inspections.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred/required.
Manufacturing experience in industrial equipment or food processing equipment is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
CNC setup and editing experience.
Knowledge of G-code and machining processes.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Team-oriented attitude with dependable work ethic.
