We are seeking an experienced Process Technician with strong Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and Dual Beam (DB) experience to support semiconductor process development and metrology operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate metrology equipment including Dual Beam (DB) and TEM tools to qualify process equipment and optimize manufacturing processes.
Perform technical tests and experiments, including equipment setup, operation, and process characterization.
Prepare and maintain test records, charts, graphs, and technical documentation.
Adjust hardware and software parameters to troubleshoot issues and execute process experiments.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve process integration and manufacturing challenges.
Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting on vacuum-based processing equipment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, quality, and equipment performance.
Minimum 3-4 years of Focused Ion Beam (FIB) and Dual Beam (DB) experience.
Experience working in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills with vacuum-based processing equipment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with strong technical and hands-on abilities.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in cleanroom environments for extended periods.
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, and bump cap.
Ability to walk extensive distances and climb stairs during a shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, crawl, climb, and work in confined spaces when required.
Comfortable working around chemicals, electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and other manufacturing hazards while following established safety procedures.
Semiconductor metrology experience.
TEM operation experience.
Equipment maintenance and process optimization experience.
Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or semiconductor fabrication environments.
