What’s a typical day as Machine Assembler – Sub-Assembly? You’ll be:


    	

  • Performing complex machine assembly and sub-assembly tasks

    	

  • Measuring components in both inch and metric units to ensure precise tolerances

    	

  • Working from blueprints, part lists, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

    	

  • Troubleshooting assembly issues and participating in continuous improvement processes

    	

  • Maintaining an organized and clean work area and adhering to company rules and safety regulations

    	

  • Attending applicable meetings and implementing resulting decisions

    	

  • Supporting productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:


    	

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in machine tool assembly OR 5 years’ experience in manufacturing, machine tool parts, maintenance, or service

    	

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

    	

  • Can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and part lists

    	

  • Are familiar with accurate measuring devices and documentation

    	

  • Are able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive reaching and bending throughout your shift

    	

  • Have experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, or hold a forklift license (preferred but not required)
