You'll be: Performing complex mechanical machine assembly on laser production lines Reading and following blueprints, part lists, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematics Using precision measuring tools in both inch and metric systems Troubleshooting assembly and mechanical issues during builds Maintaining clean and organized work areas Supporting process improvements and production efficiency initiatives Following quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies Participating in team meetings and implementing decisions This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in machine tool assembly OR 5 years' experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or service Can read blueprints and basic schematics Are skilled in using accurate measuring devices Possess strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Have attention to detail and commitment to quality Are able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending/reaching Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Have experience with electrical wiring assembly, computer literacy, or a forklift license (preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
