Machine Operators

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure quality and remove defective products
• Control and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues
• Document safety, quality, and maintenance activities accurately

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and operate independently within documented processes
• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and familiarity with Windows environment
