Machine Operators

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $18.45 pe hour

Shift: 2nd shift - 2pm-10:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform routine setup, operation, and minor maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Inspect in-process parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Control and adjust machine settings as needed
• Assist with root-cause analysis for process or product issues
• Document safety, quality, and maintenance activities accurately

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years manufacturing experience in a regulated environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate across departments
• Strong attention to detail and punctuality
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and operate independently within documented processes
• Proficiency in English, basic computer skills, and ability to read charts and diagrams
