Title: Senior Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician

Location: Raynham, MA onsite

Overview:
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician with strong troubleshooting experience to support a manufacturing environment. This role is focused heavily on diagnosing and repairing equipment issues to keep production running - not just routine preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background and is comfortable working independently to identify issues, perform corrective repairs, and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery
• Perform corrective maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and identify root causes
• Repair and replace components such as motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, and conveyors
• Support preventive maintenance as needed, but with a focus on breakdown response
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform equipment adjustments, alignments, and part replacements
• Document work and support continuous improvement efforts
