Second Shift Saturday through Wednesday 3pm to 1130pm

Job Summary:
Operate maintain and repair building systems and equipment in a healthcare facility. Support safe and efficient facility operations including HVAC boilers generators and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and building repairs
• Operate and maintain HVAC boilers generators and equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and record equipment readings
• Replace HVAC air filters as scheduled
• Monitor building safety and security
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls
• Coordinate repairs with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas
• Document work and follow maintenance procedures
• Support safety programs and wear protective equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Five years maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver license required

Salary:

• $24 - $27 hourly
