3rd shift in Portland Tn, HOURS 10:45 pm -7:15 am We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team player to drive success in our plastic injection molding operations. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor—ensuring safety, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic, hands-on environment and wants to grow their skills in modern manufacturing.

salary: $18.99 - $19 per hour

work hours: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Packaging: Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure flawless products, accurately count and package items, and precisely label/seal inventory for shipment.
  
  
• Operations & Monitoring: Actively monitor equipment performance to keep production running smoothly and safely, lifting and moving materials up to 40 lbs as needed.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement (Lean/5S): Maintain a pristine, organized workspace using 5S methodologies and actively participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen events to optimize workflow.
  
  
• Leadership & Versatility: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, and adaptably cross-train to support other production areas as needed.
