Heavy Equipment Operator (Experienced Only) – Nashville, TN

D&M Development is seeking highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operators with extensive experience operating dozers, excavators, and backhoes.

This is a fulltime, yearround position with competitive pay and benefits.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

• 10+ years of heavy equipment operating experience

• Proficiency with dozers, excavators, and backhoes

• Strong safety record and adherence to jobsite protocols

• Reliable transportation

• Must live in the Greater Nashville / Middle TN area

• Ability to pass an onsite skills assessment

Preferred Experience

• Experience on largescale grading, excavation, or utility projects

• Ability to read site plans and follow grade stakes

• Experience with GPS or gradecontrol systems

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance

• Work with site supervisors to complete assigned tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
