Job Title: Entry Level Assembler

Schedules Available:

+ Sunday- Tuesday; Every Other Saturday 6am- 6pm ($18/hr)

+ Wed- Friday; Every Other Saturday 6am -6pm ($18/hr)

+ Sunday- Tuesday; Every Other Saturday 6pm- 6am ($19.80/hr)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Assembler! You will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing processes to meet customer deadlines.

Responsibilities

+ Support production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines to make PCB boards

+ Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

+ Ensure adherence to production standards and goals.

+ Follow detailed instructions and established policies and procedures.

+ Participate in improvement initiatives and actively seek opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Essential Skills

+ ITAR Facility

+ Strong mechanical aptitude.

+ Basic computer skills, including navigation on programs, Excel, and Outlook.

+ Ability to work cooperatively in a team and cross-functional settings.

+ Competent in required job knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

+ Good oral and written communication skills.

+ Attention to detail and ability to learn and adapt to new tasks frequently.

Work Environment

Work in a comfortable manufacturing environment with suitable lighting and moderate noise levels. Night shifts are available on both B and D schedules, offering flexibility. Candidates can sit or stand during their 10-hour shift, with standing required at times. Light industrial tasks involve lifting no more than 10-15 lbs., with metrics to achieve regarding assembly pieces.
