What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping trailers safe, functional, and road-ready. Responsibilities include:

• Perform service, repairs, maintenance, and accessory installations on new and used trailers and tow vehicles
• Diagnose and repair bearings, lights, wiring, brake assemblies, and trailer components
• Complete trailer repacks, redecks, welding repairs, and general fabrication work
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters and cutting torches
• Inspect, clean, and quality-check welds to ensure high workmanship standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify service and parts needs
• Assist customers with trailer hookups and perform visual safety inspections
• Complete warranty work and service documentation accurately and on time
• Assemble, move, and park trailers safely
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain workflow and service schedules
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving for fabrication and welding projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2 yr minimum related experience in repair, welding, fabrication, or mechanical service
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate a forklift (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds safely and recognize team lifting opportunities
