Full-Time | Commercial Bakery Manufacturing Facility

We are a high-volume commercial bakery producing premium French macarons, cakes, creme brulee, and specialty desserts for wholesale customers. We are looking for hard-working, dependable, fast, and motivated team members who are ready to work in a serious production environment.

This is not a small bakery cafe or restaurant. This is a manufacturing facility with high production volume, repetitive work, strict time standards, and physically demanding tasks. We need people who enjoy staying busy, moving fast, and getting the job done right.

### What Youll Be Doing

- Assembling French macarons
- Helping pour creme brulee
- Plating and decorating cakes
- Assembling cakes and desserts
- Packaging finished products
- Folding boxes
- Putting cups on trays
- Cutting cakes
- Washing trays and kitchen equipment
- Dishwashing and general cleaning
- Keeping workstations clean and organized
- Assisting wherever needed during production

### Important Work Standards

We have production time goals at every station. All team members must be able to meet daily efficiency standards in order to maintain reliable schedules and production flow.

This role is ideal for people who understand speed and urgency while maintaining quality.

- Burger or sandwich assembly lines
- Burrito / taco lines
- Busy kitchens
- Food prep operations
- Warehouses or production facilities

If youve worked in fast food, you already understand working quickly, staying organized, and finishing tasks within required timeframes that mindset is exactly what we need.

### Schedule

- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday
- Shifts may begin as early as 2:00 AM
- Some Saturdays required during busy season
