Certified Heavy Equipment Technician

Key Accountabilities

• Adhere to all MSHA regulatory and company standards

• Must have a Safety-First mindset; leading the way to a safe work environment

• Promote and assist in maintaining a positive work culture

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities

• Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and extend component life.

• Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

• Interpret schematics, service manuals, diagnostic software, and onboard monitoring systems.

• Lead major component repowers including engines, transmissions, axles, pumps, and cylinders

Qualifications

• 3 years Heavy Equipment Mechanical Experience
