PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of relays and contactors in Mansfield, OH. We are now hiring Solder Production Operators who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Solder Production Operator Job Summary Pay Rate: $19.80/hr (includes 10% shift differential) Shift: 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM) Training Requirement: Must train on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) for 90-100 days before moving to 3rd shift Perform soldering using torch and iron methods Assemble electrical components and subassemblies Read blueprints and verify product quality Solder Production Operator Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing or soldering experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and wire schematics Proficient with hand tools, gauges, and soldering equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Why PROMAN Staffing?
