CNC Programmer

Location: Mineola, TX
Pay: $20$22 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 5:00 PM (overtime may be available)

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer with hands-on experience operating HAAS equipment. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and supporting CNC milling and lathe operations within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to maintaining efficiency and safety on the shop floor.

• Program and optimize HAAS CNC milling and lathe machines
• Set up machinery, including tooling and fixtures, for production runs
• Verify program accuracy through test runs and adjustments
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes

• Previous experience programming and operating HAAS CNC machines required
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and setups
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
