This role is responsible for transporting equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs on LPG and electric forklifts, diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service and operational support. Responsibilities Transport equipment to and from customer locations as needed Perform routine maintenance and repairs on LPG and electric forklifts Diagnose and troubleshoot forklift operational and mechanical issues Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex equipment challenges Provide technical and IT-related support for forklift systems when needed Assist the Operational Service Manager with service coordination and customer support Coordinate procurement and organization of tools and replacement parts Operate equipment safely and efficiently during emergency situations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment Document maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions accurately Follow all workplace safety procedures and company guidelines Stay current on industry trends, equipment updates, and technical advancements Qualifications and Requirements .
