You'll be: Setting up, operating, and programming drill press and basic fabrication equipment Determining production sequences and recording data in the system Cleaning, deburring, and finishing sheet metal parts Inspecting parts using basic drawings and measurement tools Assisting with painting, welding preparation, and prototype testing as needed Maintaining tools, equipment, and organized work areas Supporting other fabrication departments to ensure smooth production flow This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Bring previous manufacturing, general labor, or fabrication experience (required) Have experience operating a drill press or other fabrication machinery (preferred) Can read basic drawings and follow work instructions Are comfortable using hand tools and measurement equipment Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Are willing to learn, support multiple production areas, and bring a positive attitude What happens next: Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
