Assembler - Medical Device Manufacturing (Temecula) Job Overview Assemble cardiovascular medical devices in a team-based cleanroom environment Perform precision electronic and mechanical assembly using standardized procedures Key Responsibilities Assemble components following work instructions Perform tasks like casting, coating, packaging, and testing Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery Use microscopes, hand tools, soldering tools, and adhesives Conduct visual inspections and measurements for quality checks Perform tests using computerized equipment and record results Repair defective components when needed Package finished products with correct labeling and documentation Maintain accurate production and quality records Ensure traceability of parts and materials Clean tools, equipment, and work area regularly Follow safety and cleanroom protocols Work with team members to meet production goals Essential Skills High school diploma or GED Basic English reading and communication skills Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail for repetitive tasks Ability to use microscopes and precision tools Capability to follow standardized procedures Good documentation and record-keeping skills Commitment to safety and cleanroom standards Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing Cleanroom experience Knowledge of machine operation Skills in soldering, bonding, or electronics assembly Experience in inspection and measurement tasks Work Environment Cleanroom setting with strict contamination controls Requires gowning (no makeup, jewelry, etc.) Use of specialized tools and equipment Professional dress code (no casual/inappropriate clothing) Safety procedures must be followed at all times Why Join Work on life-saving medical devices Structured, process-driven environment Opportunities to learn specialized skills Supportive team culture with referral incentives Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA.
