Production Associate Responsibilities: - Assist with food production and packaging processes - Inspect products to ensure quality and consistency standards are met - Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently - Label, pack, and prepare products for shipment - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment - Follow all GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures - Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects to supervisors - Work collaboratively with team members and production leads - Meet daily production goals and attendance expectations Requirements For Production Associate: - Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Able to lift up to 40-50 lbs as needed - Comfortable working in cold or refrigerated environments if applicable - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Reliable transportation and strong attendance record - Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
