Set up and prepare precast concrete molds/forms (clean, assemble, apply release agents)
Place reinforcing materials (rebar, wire mesh, embeds) per specifications
Assist with pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete using hand and power tools
Support curing process and strip finished products from molds
Perform basic finishing (patching, smoothing)
Inspect products for quality and report any defects
Move and stage materials and finished products for curing or shipment
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
What You'll Need
Ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Availability for overtime, including weekends as needed
Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Manufacturing, construction, or concrete experience preferred
