Pay : 24.50/hr Morning shift available, Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm. Position Overview: As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a critical role in manufacturing operations, responsible for assembling high-quality life safety products with precision and reliability. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who value hands-on work and thrive in a collaborative, safety-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble products from individual electronic and mechanical components, following written instructions and operation manuals. Use hand tools (such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters) and power tools to complete assembly tasks. Perform packing operations, including packaging parts into cartons and using auto tape dispensers. Partner with the Quality Control Team to ensure all standard operating procedures and quality standards are met. Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following all company safety guidelines and procedures. Foster a collaborative workplace by communicating respectfully, resolving conflicts proactively, and supporting team goals. Accept and implement feedback from leadership to enhance performance and product quality. Take on additional duties as assigned to help meet team goals and project requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting using tools to assemble products is preferred. Ability to perform repetitive movements and handle lightweight components (up to 10 lbs per part). Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Capability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions accurately. Effective team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work quality and safety. Reliable attendance and a positive, proactive attitude.
