Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across deboning, portioning, and value-added processing lines
Manage production scheduling, labor utilization, yields, and operational efficiency
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost per pound and improve throughput
Maintain inventory integrity for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food production standards
Partner with leadership teams to meet customer demand and production goals
Provide leadership, accountability, and direction for a workforce of 500+ employees
Qualifications
7+ years of leadership experience within poultry or protein processing
Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing/processing operations
Strong hands-on background in deboning and breast/tender portioning operations
Experience with plant financials, operational cost control, and performance improvement
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with extended operating hours
