Assistant Plant Manager

A metal trailer manufacturing company is looking for a strong, hands-on leader to join our team as an Assistant Plant Manager. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, know how to motivate a team, and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

• Help lead and motivate a team of manufacturing employees to achieve daily production goals
• Support a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment
• Assist with coordinating workflow and keeping operations running smoothly
• Troubleshoot production challenges and help improve processes
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication on the plant floor
• Work closely with plant leadership to meet production and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate people
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• No college degree required — leadership and manufacturing experience matter most

Pay: 60-80k
