You'll be: Operating and monitoring equipment, following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements Using Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems and performing basic machine troubleshooting Managing multiple activities or machine operations simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards are met Completing production records/logbooks accurately and on time Identifying and escalating issues proactively and supporting production goals This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment (required) Are familiar with HMI systems and basic machine functions/troubleshooting Are a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and math skills for production operations Are comfortable following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements Can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong teamwork skills Highly Preferred: Leadership or team lead experience in manufacturing Proven accountability for tasks and production goals What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
