• Operating and monitoring equipment, following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements
  
  	

• Using Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems and performing basic machine troubleshooting
  
  	

• Managing multiple activities or machine operations simultaneously while ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  
  	

• Completing production records/logbooks accurately and on time
  
  	

• Identifying and escalating issues proactively and supporting production goals
  
  

	
• Have prior manufacturing experience, preferably in a fast-paced production or industrial environment (required)
  
  	

• Are familiar with HMI systems and basic machine functions/troubleshooting
  
  	

• Are a quick learner with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  
  	

• Possess strong problem-solving, decision-making, and math skills for production operations
  
  	

• Are comfortable following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP/documentation requirements
  
  	

• Can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong teamwork skills
  
  

Highly Preferred:

	
• Leadership or team lead experience in manufacturing
  
  	

• Proven accountability for tasks and production goals
