Carpenter & Paterson, Inc. is currently hiring for a full-time skilled CNC Operator to run our Peddinghaus Plate Processor and Laser Cutting Table. This position is ideal for someone with a strong CNC machining background and a passion for precision fabrication.

IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS IF APPLYING IN PERSON MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-2PM.

Essential Duties:

  • Operate and maintain the Peddinghaus plate processing system and laser cutting table.
  • Interpret blueprints and CAD files for accurate cutting and drilling.
  • Perform CNC programming adjustments and troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Ensure quality standards and maintain a safe work environment.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience operating CNC plasma and laser cutting equipment.
  • Strong CNC machining skills and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with steel fabrication processes.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Days/Shift:

  • Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
