Were looking for hands on, detail oriented individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy problem solving, working with technology, and being part of a strong team environment.

• Operate and monitor coating line production equipment
• Adjust process settings and troubleshoot issues
• Perform testing and quality checks
• Track production data and maintain accurate records
• Support continuous improvement projects
• Train and collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using computers and tracking production data
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• Technical or process control experience is a plus
