Day Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM 1:30 AM
Weekend Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM [Fri / Sat / Sun] - paid 40

What Youll Do:
Set up and run 2 Axis & Multi Axis CNC LATHES
Work from complex aerospace prints using G-Code and M-Code
Read and interpret GD&T with confidence
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
Select and install tooling as needed
Troubleshoot issues and improve setups
Collaborate with peers and lead by example

What Were Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of CNC LATHE SET-UP experience (Aerospace preferred)
Minimum 5 years of CNC Lathe Operation / Machining experience
Strong command of G-Code programming and editing
Solid understanding of GD&T, blueprint reading, and quality inspection
Familiarity with a range of tooling and workholding strategies
A leadership mindset coachable, accountable, and willing to train others
Someone who hustles and takes ownership
