Job Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling precision flow measurement devices used in HVAC and industrial applications. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read schematics and work instructions, and experience using hand tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently.

Candidates must be comfortable working with small parts, following calibration specifications, and maintaining high-quality production standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electronic components using hand and power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions
Align, fasten, and calibrate parts to precise specifications
Perform quality checks to ensure proper assembly and functionality
Assist with wiring, testing, and sensor verification processes
Input calibration values and measurement data accurately
Prepare and position insertion-style meters according to specifications
Apply thread sealant and verify insertion depths for proper operation
Maintain clean and organized workstations
Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications
Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
Ability to use hand tools such as wrenches, Allen keys, screwdrivers, and drills
Experience reading schematics or technical instructions preferred
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer and data entry skills are a plus
HVAC, electronics, or calibration experience is preferred but not required
Work Environment
