Job Summary:
Operate maintain and repair boiler and central plant systems in a healthcare facility. Support safe and efficient operation of building systems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor boiler and chiller systems
• Adjust equipment to maintain proper operation
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Respond to facility service requests and emergency calls
• Conduct daily inspections and equipment rounds
• Maintain tools equipment and work areas
• Coordinate repairs with internal teams and vendors
• Document work and system performance in maintenance systems
• Support safety procedures and wear protective equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Boiler operator license required
• Five years plant operations or maintenance experience
• Experience with HVAC and mechanical systems
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Driver license required

Salary:

• $26 - $30 hourly
