Openwork is hiring for several full time positions with our partner in Salisbury, NC . These are long term opportunities offering a consistent Monday-Thursday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.
Available Positions
Assemblers - Entry level friendly, hands on production work
Skilled CNC Operators - Setup, operation, and quality checks
Warehouse Associates - Forklift experience required
General Laborers - Material handling & production support
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $17.50-$20/hr (based on role & experience)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10?hour shifts
Shifts:
Machine Operators:
1st shift: 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd shift: 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Warehouse & Assembly:
6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
Assemblers: Build and assemble components using hand tools, follow instructions, perform quality checks
CNC Operators: Operate CNC machinery, perform setups, read blueprints, complete inspections
Warehouse (Forklift): Load/unload materials, move product throughout facility, maintain inventory accuracy
General Labor: Support production lines, move materials, maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
Ability to stand for 10 hours
Strong attendance and reliability
Comfortable working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Forklift experience required for warehouse roles
CNC roles require prior machining experience
Assemblers & general labor roles welcome entry level candidates
