We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Level IV- 2nd shift to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC .

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

  • Lead and coordinate daily material flow operations across assigned areas (Assembly Teams, Central Sub, Kitting, Receiving), ensuring parts are delivered accurately and on time to support production schedules.
  • Monitor and manage inventory flow using systems such as Oracle, SIR reports, and AEL boards to proactively identify shortages, escalate risks, and prevent line impacts (EOOP).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for line stockers and material handlers, providing direction, coaching, and real-time problem solving to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
  • Experience with systems such as Oracle, Power BI, or similar manufacturing/logistics tools preferred.
  • Prior experience in a lead or coordinator role within a high-volume manufacturing environment a plus.
